Rokket Common effects have subtle stats. If you use it as an attacker, you want to strengthen the sector.
The unique effect is the opposite of Magna, an effect that removes magic and traps. However, compared to Magna, Magic Trap has less resistance, and considering the trouble of having to prepare a different trigger each time it is used for prone removal, it is slow and troublesome as a Magic Trap removal. Basically, I think it's not very useful unless it's first-come-first-served.
It's a subtle place to say whether it's excellent, but I think it's just there to increase the options for Rokket. In terms of level, he also engages with Cyberdark and his RBI is reasonable for a level 3, so it may be possible to hire him on a business trip.
